Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients are diagnosed with herpes zoster-related trigeminal neuralgia, with a disease course of less than one month, specifically involving the first branch of the trigeminal nerve. 2.Conservative treatments have failed, including both pharmacological and physical therapies. 3.Pain Catastrophizing Scale (PCS) score is 30 or higher. 4.Visual Analog Scale (VAS) score is 5 or higher. 5.Age between 45 and 95 years old, with no gender restrictions.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of local ulcer infection. 2.Severe respiratory or cardiovascular failure, liver dysfunction, or renal insufficiency. 3.Known psychiatric disorders. 4.Coagulation disorders or currently receiving anticoagulant therapy. 5.History of substance abuse. 6.Previous exposure to other forms of invasive treatments, such as peripheral nerve electrical stimulation, trigeminal ganglion stimulation, or microballoon compression.
