Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Epilepsy comorbid sleep disorder inclusion criteria: (1) patients with epilepsy diagnosed according to the criteria of the International League Against Epilepsy (ILAE) Classification and Terminology Committee; (2) Age 18-80 years old; (3) The clinical characteristics of sleep disorders meet the diagnostic criteria of DSM-5; (4) Willing to participate in the experiment and sign a written informed consent form. 2. Simple epilepsy group (1) epilepsy diagnosed according to the standards of the International League Against Epilepsy (ILAE) classification and terminology committee; (2) aged 18-80 years; (3) patients with epilepsy whose polysomnography and questionnaire survey do not indicate sleep disorders. 3. Sleep disorder group: patients aged 18-80 years with previously undiagnosed neurological diseases, whose polysomnography and questionnaire survey indicate sleep disorders; 4. Healthy control group: individuals with no previous diagnosis of neurological diseases or sleep disorders, negative neurological examination, and no significant structural lesions in the head MRI.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Epilepsy comorbid sleep disorder exclusion criteria: (1) no history of insomnia and insomnia medication in the 3 months prior to the scan; (2) Those who have cognitive impairment and obvious neurological/psychiatric diseases (such as cerebral palsy, aphasia, schizophrenia, etc.), and cannot accurately complete the questionnaire; (3) Incomplete clinical information; (4) Patients with epilepsy comorbid sleep disorders who are unwilling to participate in this study.
