Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Heart failure as the primary diagnosis for hospitalization; 2. Age >= 18 years; 3. Sinus rhythm with a heart rate >= 75 beats per minute; 4. Treatment with the Golden Triangle or New Quadruple Therapy regimen; 5. Complete clinical data available.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Concurrent malignant tumors or other acute critical illnesses; 2. Heart failure caused by restrictive cardiomyopathy, active myocarditis, constrictive pericarditis, hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy, or uncorrected primary valvular disease; 3. Poor medication adherence;
