Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Total burn area > 50%. 2.Age 18 - 65 years old. 3.Burn patients with total burn area > 50% who are admitted to the hospital within 72 hours after the burn. 4.The patient or the designated agent and guardian agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with underlying diseases such as diabetes and hyperthyroidism; 2.Patients with severe uncontrolled chronic liver, kidney, heart, blood system, endocrine and pulmonary diseases or congenital diseases; 3.Patients with autoimmune diseases or immunodeficiency diseases and those with low immune function (such as those receiving high-dose immunosuppressants); 4.Patients with other skin diseases (such as dermatitis and psoriasis); 5.Pregnant or lactating women; 6.Patients whose disease course does not meet the requirements (wound exists and treatment time is less than one week); 7.Patients who cannot follow the research protocol: including those with cognitive impairment or other mental disorders and those who cannot understand or cooperate with the research procedures.
