Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1)Age: Children aged 5-10 years old; (2)Diopter: The equivalent spherical refractive error of any eye measured by refraction after dilation is =+0.75D,>-0.50D. Astigmatism = 5.0 (4)Annual axial growth rate >= 0.3mm, or 6-month axial growth >= 0.2mm (5)Voluntary purchase and wear of multi-point myopic defocus lenses; (6)There was no explicit strabismus observed in the far/near covering test.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Previously used any myopia prevention and control measures, such as low concentration atropine eye drops, low-grade red light therapy, etc. (2) due to physiological diseases, unable to stably wear frame glasses; (3) Possible harm caused by wearing frame glasses due to psychological or mental issues; (4) Unable to comply with the protocol to obtain reliable research measurement results; (5) Any eye diseases that can affect refractive development, such as retinal diseases, cataracts, and ptosis of the upper eyelid; (6) There are systemic or neurological developmental conditions that may affect refractive development. Eye or systemic medications that are currently in use and may affect the development of myopia or visual acuity by affecting the amplitude of retinal regulation or intraocular pressure.
