Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-75 years old, gender is not limited; 2. Primary thyroid cancer, confirmed by preoperative needle biopsy as differentiated thyroid cancer; 3. The maximum diameter of the tumor is 5-30mm; 4. Radical thyroidectomy for thyroid cancer (cancer located in the isthmus or bilateral thyroid lobes; Tumors invade the thyroid envelope; Swollen lymph nodes located in the central zone with suspicious or confirmed metastases); 5. The tumor has no invasion of adjacent organs such as trachea, esophagus and vascular nerves; There is no extensive metastasis of cervical lymph nodes and no fusion fixation of enlarged lymph nodes; no lymphadenopathy in the upper mediastinum; 6. Patient informed consent and willing to provide clinical data such as blood testing, imaging testing, pathological testing, etc., and willing to cooperate with follow-up investigation and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of neck surgery or neck radiotherapy; 2. Pregnant or lactating women; 3. Retrosternal goiter; 4. Differentiated thyroid cancer tumor with extrathyroid invasion involving surrounding organs; 5. Extensive cervical lymphadenopathy, lymph node fusion and fixation; 6. Thyroid cancer with distant metastasis; 7. Those with severe coagulation dysfunction, cardiopulmonary dysfunction, etc., who cannot tolerate general anesthesia and surgery; 8. Those who are unable to cooperate with follow-up or unwilling to follow-up.
