Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: From 2012 to 2018, patients with long and short survival after initial surgical treatment in our hospital (in this project, long survival is defined as > = 5 years from the end of primary treatment to the first recurrence, and short survival is defined as < from the end of primary treatment to the first recurrence =3-6 months) 1. Ovarian malignant tumor, the pathological type is clearly epithelial ovarian cancer 2. Age 18-70 years old 3. The initial surgical treatment can be done regardless of whether satisfactory debulking surgery is achieved 4. Initial surgery with or without standardized chemotherapy can be performed 5. After the initial surgery, there is no targeted maintenance therapy 6. The research protocol shall be implemented after approval by the hospital ethics committee.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Non-epithelial ovarian malignancy 2. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary disease, liver and kidney dysfunction, infectious disease, or history of pelvic radiotherapy 3. Choosing a non-guideline conventional treatment regimen (other than chemotherapy, targeted therapy, and traditional Chinese medicine therapy) after initial surgical treatment 4. Patients with primary malignant tumors of other organs 5. Those who are unable to cooperate and complete the experiment with severe mental illness or cognitive impairment;
