Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18 years and older, who were diagnosed with type A aortic dissection at Xiamen University Affiliated Cardiovascular Hospital and undergo emergency surgical intervention.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who have experienced symptoms for more than 48 hours prior to hospitalization, and who present with conditions such as acute severe infections, malignant tumors, liver cirrhosis, end-stage renal disease, or other multi-system diseases with uncertain prognosis, as well as those who refuse participation in the study.
