18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA < III level; 2. Aged between 18 and 65; 3. Elective thoracic lobectomy; 4. Sufentanil should be used as an opioid during induction.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: Previous history of bullous lung, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, or upper respiratory tract infection within 2 weeks, previous history of bronchodilator/steroid/angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor treatment, recent smokers ( 30, suspected difficult airway, preoperative gastric tube implantation, Glaucoma, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular high-risk patients, allergic to general anesthesia drugs.
