Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients older than 18 years old; Mason II or Mason III fractures; ORIF was performed via EDC splitting approach combined with countersunk compression cannulated screws; follow-up data were complete.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: preoperative vascular and nerve injury; preoperative combined ligament injury, elbow instability; Mason III fractures too comminuted to be fixed; old fracture.open fracture
