60 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA grade I-III; 2. Patients and their families are informed about the study; 3. Age 60-90 years; 4. Patients who will undergoning hip or knee replacement and meet surgical requirements; 5. Complete clinical data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe visual and hearing impairment; 2. Previous psychiatric history; 3. Recent use of psychotropic drugs such as sedatives; 4. Patients with cognitive dysfunction, mental illness or dementia before operation; 5. Vital organ function impairment; 6. Have taken vitamin D preparations or other drugs that can affect vitamin D metabolism within six months.
