Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-65 years old; 2. No history of clinically significant organic diseases of the digestive system (such as inflammatory bowel disease, digestive tract tumors, etc.) and systemic diseases (such as diabetes, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, etc.) 3. No symptoms of functional gastrointestinal diseases, especially defecation disorders (such as constipation, fecal incontinence) and anorectal diseases (such as anal fistula, anal fissure, perianal abscess, rectal prolapse, functional anorectal pain, etc.); 4. No history of pelvic floor and anorectal surgery; 5. Women without a history of birth trauma or perineal tear; 6. Have not taken drugs that affect gastrointestinal motility in the past 1 month.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe anal stenosis and other causes the catheter to be unable to be inserted; 2. Severe cardiopulmonary diseases, such as acute myocardial infarction, severe arrhythmia, severe heart failure, respiratory failure, unable to lie flat, etc.; 3. Severe coagulation dysfunction; 4. Ulceration or bleeding of the lower gastrointestinal tract; 5. Mental or conscious disorders that are unable to cooperate; 6. Menstruation, lactation, pregnancy; 7. Have a communicable disease; 8.BMI >25kg/m^2.
