15 Years to 24 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Have engaged in non-suicidal self-injury behavior on at least 5 days in the past year and at least once in the past month; 2.Age between 15 and 24 years old; 3.Voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Currently receiving psychological counseling or psychotherapy; 2.Meet the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for mental disorders, such as depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, or are currently taking psychiatric medications, or have a history of any substance dependence, including alcohol or smoking.
