Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Persistent severe cough, with X-ray findings far more significant than physical signs; 2. The white blood cell count is mostly normal or slightly increased, and the erythrocyte sedimentation rate increases rapidly; 3. Positive serum mycoplasma antibody test: Mycoplasma pneumoniae antibody titer 1:160 or above.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Within 7 days of admission, other bacterial or viral infections were found to be present; 2.Pneumonia combined with other diseases; 3.Previously suffered from bronchial asthma, recurrent respiratory infections, chronic lung disease, confirmed or suspected pulmonary embolism; 4.Severe liver disease, history of long-term use of drugs that are prone to liver damage, nephrotic syndrome and chronic renal failure, connective tissue disease, congenital coagulation factor abnormalities, etc; 5.The medical records are incomplete.
