Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: GO Group: (1) Patients diagnosed with GO; (2) With refractive error ranging from -3.00D to +3.00D; (3) Patients agreed to the treatment plan and signed the informed consent form. Control Group:(1) Subjects with healthy eyes or only mild physiological vitreous opacity; (2) Age matched with GO group;(3) Refractive error between -3.00 and+3.00D;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: GO group: (1) Had received ocular radiotherapy before; (2) Had a history of ocular surgery before; (3) Had severe liver and kidney dysfunction, hypertension, diabetes, gastric ulcer, osteoporosis and other contraindications for hormone therapy. Control group: (1) There is diplopia and abnormal eye position;(2) History of orbital wall fractures in the past;(3) History of strabismus surgery;(4) Other systemic diseases and eye diseases that affect the extraocular muscles.
