Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Good compliance, voluntarily sign the informed consent form; 2. Age 18-80 years old; 3. Patients with colorectal cancer diagnosed by histology; 4. Patients with stage I-III bowel cancer who have not received treatment and can receive standard treatment; 5. ECOG score is 0~1 point; 6. Tolerated electronic gastro-duodenoscopy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Concomitant acute or chronic psychiatric illness; 2. Other malignant tumors or malignant diseases within three years; 3. Those who are currently receiving antidepressant or anti-anxiety medication; 4. Previous participation in other clinical drug trials; 5. Other reasons judged by the investigator to be unsuitable for participating in this study.
