18 Years to 90 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>=18 years; 2. Sign the informed consent form; 3. Meets the Berlin definition of ARDS; 4. The patient receives intubation and mechanical ventilation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant and lactating women; 2. There are contraindications to esophageal catheter insertion; 3. Have contraindications to EIT monitoring; 4. Have severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (GOLD III-IV); 5. Have a history of severe or uncontrolled asthma; 6. Have a history of lung metastases; 7. Receiving renal replacement therapy; 8. Have congestive heart failure (NYHA class III-IV).
