Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed as an HIV-infected individual or an AIDS patient according to the *Chinese Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of HIV/AIDS (2024 Edition)*; 2. Aged 18 years or older; 3. Receiving diagnosis and treatment at designated medical institutions within the selected study area; 4. Has been on standardized antiretroviral therapy (ART) for more than one month; 5. Has experienced at least one of the following discomfort symptoms in the past two weeks: fever, dizziness, blurred vision, fatigue, insomnia with vivid dreams, nausea, vomiting, etc. (including but not limited to these symptoms); 6. Possesses a mobile smartphone or other smart devices and is capable of operating them independently or with appropriate guidance; 7. Provides informed consent to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to complete the questionnaire due to critical illness; 2. Diagnosed with neurocognitive impairment, visual impairment, or other conditions that prevent participation.
