40 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 40 years; 2.Willingness to undergo sarcopenia screening and assessment, and to participate in follow-up; 3.Able to perform activities of daily living with a certain degree of independence, and capable of undergoing routine physical examinations and functional assessments; 4.No prior diagnosis of sarcopenia at the time of study initiation. 5.Clinically assessed by a physician as able to comply with the study requirements.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe cognitive impairment or mental illness, rendering the participant unable to understand and consent to the study; 2.Major mental or physical diseases that prevent completion of sarcopenia-related assessments (e.g., severe liver or kidney dysfunction, malignant tumors, etc.); 3.The subject is uncooperative, unable to follow up, or the investigator determines that it may be difficult to complete the investigator; 4.Other conditions deemed unsuitable for inclusion by the investigator.
