Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. A patient with primary trigeminal neuralgia was diagnosed 2. Digital pain scale (numericalratingscales, NRS) score > = 6 points 3. Patients with poor response to drug therapy 4. Routine preoperative examination: blood routine, liver and kidney function and electrolyte, coagulation function, electrocardiogram, chest X-ray, skull base CT or head MR Without contraindication for PBC surgery
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. A patient with a tumor occupying Macholtzman's sac 2. Patients with intracranial vascular malformations 3. Patients with previous radiofrequency ablation or MVD for trigeminal neuralgia 4. Patients with severe allergy to iohexol contrast media 5. Patients with asthma 6. Patients with hyperthyroidism 7. Patients with severe hepatic and renal insufficiency
