Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) 18 years old <= age <= 75 years old; (2) Patients who undergo intracranial nerve intervention surgery through the radial artery using a 5-Fr arterial sheath or a finger guided catheter and have one needle inserted into the blood vessel; (3) Sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Preoperative ultrasound indicated anatomical abnormalities or positive Allen test results in the radial artery; (2) Unable to insert a 5-Fr arterial sheath or guide catheter through the radial artery; (3) During TRI surgery, due to various reasons, it is necessary to replace the ulnar artery or femoral artery; (4) Patients with cardiogenic shock or hemodynamic instability; (5) Patients with systemic peripheral vascular disease and the presence of Raynaud's phenomenon; (6) Allergic to contrast agents; (7) Patients who need to take other anticoagulant drugs such as rivaroxaban and warfarin due to other illnesses.
