Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: 1. Age >= 60 years, capable of normal verbal communication; 2. First-time unilateral total hip arthroplasty (THA) without joint dysfunction caused by other diseases; 3. No postoperative complications; 4. Willing to participate in this study, agreeing to a continuous 3-month follow-up after discharge and attending scheduled follow-up visits, with informed consent obtained and a signed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria: 1. Severe dysfunction of the heart, liver, lungs, or kidneys, or malignant tumors; 2. Severe postoperative complications or cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 3. Cognitive impairment or mental disorders; 4. Undergoing contralateral limb replacement during the study period; 5. Significant memory or hearing impairment.
