Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pulmonary nodule resection was performed in our hospital; 2. Chest HRCT was performed in our hospital within one month before surgery, and the performance met the diagnostic criteria for ILA; 3. All patients were followed up for at least 2 years by chest HRCT in our hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous diagnosis or suspicion of interstitial lung disease; 2. Current or previous history of other malignant tumors.
