Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years old; 2. In accordance with the 2016 Chinese Guidelines and Consensus for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Cerebrovascular Diseases, the patient was diagnosed with stroke by CT or MRI; 3. Hospital stay > 48 h; 4. MoCA>=26 points; 5. Patients or their authorized persons sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.A history of mental illness or dementia; 2. Delirium had occurred before admission; 3.GCS score < 8; 4. Patients using sedative and analgesic drugs; 5. Patients with severe hearing impairment or language communication disorder.
