18 Years to 90 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age > =18 2. Chest radiographs indicate active lesions or abnormalities 3. Cough, sputum, blood cough, fatigue, weight loss, night sweats and other at least three clinical symptoms 4. Have clear clinical diagnosis information 5. Fully understand the purpose, process, risks and benefits of this study, and voluntarily sign the informed consent 6. Can cooperate with the collection of sputum samples to ensure the integrity and reliability of samples
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Treatment for latent or active TB has been completed within the last 12 months 2. Medication with anti-mycobacterium activity was taken for any reason within 2 weeks prior to the start of the study 3. Pregnant and lactating patients 4. Hematogenous disseminated tuberculosis, meningeal or central nervous system tuberculosis, or extrapulmonary tuberculosis with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection 5. Unwillingness or inability to provide informed consent 6. Tongue swab samples considered by the investigator to be excluded
