Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Children aged 7-11 years diagnosed with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD); 2. No regular exercise habits within the past six months, excluding physical education classes (defined as engaging in moderate-to-vigorous physical activity = 80, as assessed by the Chinese version of the Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children; 5. Voluntary participation, with informed consent signed by the participant's parent or legal guardian.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with other developmental, behavioral, or psychiatric disorders in addition to ADHD (e.g., Autism Spectrum Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, etc.); 2. Anticipated changes in medication use during the intervention period; 3. Presence of severe medical conditions that contraindicate exercise (e.g., heart disease, asthma, etc.); 4. Classified as overweight or obese according to age-specific Body Mass Index (BMI) cut-off points established in the study titled "Body Mass Index Reference for Screening Overweight and Obesity in Chinese Children and Adolescents Aged 2–18 Years."
