Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. VLU patients who met the diagnostic criteria of the American Venous Society (CEAP at stage C6, i.e. skin changes + active ulcers); 2. Age >=18 years old; 3.0.9<=ABI (ankle brachial index) <=1.3; 4. Clear consciousness, normal speech function, with normal communication skills; 5. Patients and their family members gave informed consent and voluntarily participated in the investigation.stigation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with systemic important organ failure (such as liver, lung, kidney function serious damage) or malignant tumors; 2. Patients with wound complicated with cancer, deep vein thrombosis and diabetes; 3. Patients with severe cognitive dysfunction, psychiatric history, and history of psychological intervention; 4. Poor patient compliance.
