Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Males aged 18 to 25 (females were excluded due to the influence of sex hormones); 2. BMI >= 28 kg/m²; 3. No physical limitations, previously sedentary, and no regular exercise habits; 4. Fully understand the experimental procedures and associated risks, and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclude participants who do not pass the health screening, such as those with respiratory and cardiovascular diseases, Class 3 obesity (BMI >= 40 kg/m²), diabetes, arterial hypertension, anemia, and cancer.
