Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Elderly patients, aged =65 years; 2. ASAI-?, patients without anesthesia contraindications; 3. Patients undergoing transurethral resection of the prostate under combined spinal-epidural anesthesia; 4. Those who could cooperate with postoperative recovery quality assessment and voluntarily sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The preoperative body temperature of patients was lower than 36? or higher than 37.5?; 2. People with a history of a neuroendocrine disorder affecting body temperature; 3. with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver and kidney function diseases; 4. patients with ear surgery without tympanic membrane temperature measurement; 5. those with severe cognitive impairment or poor communication skills; 6. patients with neuromuscular diseases, malignant fever tendency.
