Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) deemed operable by the hepatobiliary tumor multidisciplinary team (MDT); 2.Expected survival time of 12 weeks or more; 3.Signed informed consent form and ability to comply with the study visits and related procedures as stipulated in the protocol; 4.Age > 18;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with other active tumors or severe complications; 2.Insufficient tumor tissue for MRD detection;
