18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with periodontitis; 2. Subjects aged between 18 to 65 years; 3. Patients willing and able to sign informed consent with good compliance; 4. Full mouth plaque score = 5 mm and the preoperative radiographic intrabony defect depth >= 4 mm; 6. Teeth with normal pulp vitality or has received complete root canal treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with poor oral hygiene; 2. Individuals with systemic diseases that are not under control or who are unable to undergo surgical procedures due to systemic diseases; 3. Patients during menstruation, pregnancy, or lactation; 4. Patients known to be allergic to the materials and drugs used in this study; 5. Patients with smoking; 6. Patients who are participating in other clinical trials; 7. Defects associated with furcation involvement.
