Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Translation of Eligibility Criteria: (I) Participants of any gender, aged >= 18 years; (II) Patients with histologically or radiologically confirmed stage IIA-IIIB non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC); (III) Patients who meet the criteria for and agree to undergo surgery; (IV) Able to comply with regular provision of 10 mL peripheral blood samples; (V) Willing to voluntarily participate in the study, sign an informed consent form, demonstrate good compliance, and actively cooperate with hospital-based clinical follow-up according to routine protocols.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (I) Female participants who are pregnant or breastfeeding; (II) Patients with a history of other malignancies within the past 5 years; (III) Participants who have received any blood transfusion within 30 days prior to enrollment; (IV) Patients who are unable to comprehend or obtain written informed consent.
