Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Emergency department nurses from tertiary grade A general hospitals in Fujian Province; 2. Currently employed, registered and licensed nurses; 3. Nurses who have been working consecutively in the emergency department for 1 year or more and have been engaged in nursing work for at least 3 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Nursing administrators; 2. Intern nurses; 3. Nurse trainees (those undergoing further training); 4.Nurses who were absent from their posts for >=1 month during the survey period due to leave, further study or training outside the workplace.
