Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Registered nurses in China; 2. Working in the hospital during the data collection period; 3. Nurses' informed consent to participate in the study; 4. Nurses were informed and agreed to participate in the study ; 5. Nurses were older than 18 years old. ? Providing direct patient care

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who do not want to participate; 2. Other reasons for not being able to participate in this survey; 3. Nurses who do not provide direct patient care (i.e., nurse managers, nursing administrators).
