Female

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant woman's age>=20 years; 2. Gestational age 28-32 weeks; 3. CAQ score>=28; 4. The pregnancy risk level is general risk; 5. Be able to use a mobile phone normally, understand and agree with this research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of mental illness; 2. Cognitive dysfunction; 3. Pregnant women who are undergoing other psychological interventions; 4. Birth canal obstruction, pelvic abnormalities, etc. with absolute indications for cesarean section.
