Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.From November 2024 to November 2026, patients who underwent allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in our center, were aged between 18 and 60 years old, and voluntarily participated in this study by signing an informed consent form. 2.Enrolled participants were divided into an ocular cGVHD group and a control group. The ocular cGVHD group consisted of patients with ocular chronic graft - versus - host disease (cGVHD), diagnosed based on the Chinese Expert Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Ocular Chronic Graft - versus - Host Disease (2023 Edition). The control group included patients with chronic graft - versus - host disease (cGVHD) but without ocular involvement, diagnosed according to the Expert Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Graft - versus - Host Disease (cGVHD) (2021 Edition).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Individuals with acute eye diseases such as active fungal, bacterial, or viral keratitis or conjunctivitis; 2.Patients with other chronic eye diseases unrelated to chronic graft-versus-host disease, such as uveitis, retinitis pigmentosa, etc; 3.Those who wear contact lenses and are unwilling to remove them during the study sampling period; 4.Have undergone ophthalmic surgery (including cataract surgery) within the past three months; 5.Pregnant or lactating women; 6.Unable to complete the research as requested by the researcher; 7.Any other situation that the researcher deems unsuitable for inclusion in the study; 8.Refuse to sign informed consent form for patients.
