Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients pathologically diagnosed with adenosquamous carcinoma; (2) Availability of complete clinical data and patient follow-up records; (3) Availability of pathological specimens suitable for sequencing analysis (including tissue sections and blood samples).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Incomplete clinical data or absence of key clinical parameters; (2) Pathological specimens failing to meet sequencing quality thresholds (e.g., RNA integrity number <7, tumor purity <60%); (3) Pathological diagnoses inconsistent with study scope, including but not limited to: Neuroendocrine tumors (ICD-O code 8240-8249) Mesenchymal tissue-origin tumors (e.g., sarcomas, ICD-O code 8800-8899) Tumors with indeterminate histopathological classification.
