Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 60 years old; 2.Pain duration>3 months; 3.The patients is capable of communicating verbally and in writing, or a caregiver can assist in completing the assessment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients whose condition is severe or worsening and requires transfer to another department or hospital; 2.The dying patients; 3.Patients who are unconscious or paralyzed in bed and unable to cooperate;
