Postoperative sleep disorder: refers to the clinical syndrome of sleep-wake rhythm disorder after surgery, resulting in abnormal sleep quality or abnormal sleep behavior, which is often manifested as sleep fragmentation, easy awakening at night, difficulty falling asleep, lack of sleep, early awakening, and sleep rhythm disorder at least 1 day after surgery.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. 18~60-year-old patients with ASAI.~II. elective perianal surgery; 2. Neuraxial anesthesia was used to perform the operation, and the clinical data were complete; 3. Patients and their families are informed and agree to participate in this study;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who refuse to participate in this study; 2. Preoperative blood diseases such as coagulation dysfunction; 3. Combination of spine and nervous system; 4. History of cerebral infarction, myocardial infarction, and progressive neurological disease; 5. Accompanied by puncture site infection or contraindications to anesthesia; 6. Combined with severe mental disorders, unable to cooperate with the study; 7. Long-term use of drugs for the treatment of sleep or psychiatric diseases; 8. Those who are unable to understand or answer the questionnaire.
