Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria for Healthy Population: 1. Age 18-60 years; 2. Blood routine (hemoglobin, total white blood cell count), urine routine (white blood cells, red blood cells, protein) are normal, liver function (ALT, AST, total bilirubin, direct bilirubin), renal function (creatinine, urea), blood lipid test (triglycerides, total cholesterol, high-density cholesterol, low-density cholesterol) are within the normal range; 3. Ability to obtain retained urine samples. Metabolic syndrome population inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-60 years; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for metabolic syndrome (refer to the IDF diagnostic criteria): that is, central obesity is a prerequisite (Chinese waist circumference standard: male >=90cm, female >=80cm) combined with any 2 or more of the following 4 indicators: (1) high TG: TG>=1.7mmol/L; (2) Low HDL-C: 1.03mmol/L =130mmHg or DBP>=85mmHg, or has been diagnosed with hypertension; (4) Hyperglycemia: FPG>=5.6mmol/L, 2h>=7.8mmol/L or glycosylated >=5.6%, or have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. 3. Ability to obtain retained urine samples.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria for Healthy Populations 1. Exclude hypertension, diabetes, tumor (including previous tumor history) and metabolic diseases; 2. Female exclusivity pregnancy; 3. Unable to obtain valid medical history and laboratory indicators. Exclusion criteria for people with metabolic syndrome 1. Exclude neoplastic diseases (including previous tumor history) and severe kidney diseases (such as diabetic nephropathy stage V dialysis status) affecting urine collection; 2. Patients with other contraindications to surgery; 3. Underwent other surgeries other than metabolic bariatric surgery (excluding endoscopy or simple hiatal hernia repair).
