Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 1 year and < 18 years; 2. A clear history of head trauma and admission to PICU within 24 hours after injury; 3. Diagnosed with TBI based on medical history, clinical symptoms, signs, and imaging data, with a GCS score <=8 at admission; 4. ICP monitoring agreed upon by the family; 5. Continuous ICP and MAP monitoring for at least 72 hours.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Congenital cerebrovascular malformation; 2. TBI damaging the bilateral temporal bone windows, making TCD examination impossible; 3. Use of thrombolytic or anticoagulant drugs, or long-term use of antihypertensive drugs in the past; 4. Those who meet the criteria for determination of pediatric brain death based on cerebral function assessment during the study period.
