Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Aged 18-45 years; gestational age 37-42 weeks; ASA physical status II-III; scheduled for elective cesarean delivery at our institution; singleton pregnancy; body mass index (BMI) <= 28 kg/m^2; voluntary participation with signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: Contraindications to neuraxial anesthesia; coagulopathy; hypersensitivity to analgesics (including liposomal bupivacaine, bupivacaine hydrochloride, oxycodone, hydromorphone, and acetaminophen); grand multiparity (=3 previous pregnancies); gastrointestinal disorders; history of substance abuse; patient refusal.
