Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age> 18 years old; 2. Clear pathological diagnosis of cervical cancer; 3. Gynecological examination stage Ib to IVa (FIGO 2018 stage), radical chemoradiotherapy is planned; 4. Able to independently sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Use of antibiotics, proton pump inhibitors (PPIs) or other probiotic preparations 3 weeks before and during radiotherapy; 2. Previous intestinal diseases such as inflammatory bowel disease and intestinal malignant tumors; 3. Only received radical radiotherapy, and did not undergo concurrent chemotherapy; 4. Have undergone radical cervical cancer resection and plan to undergo adjuvant radiotherapy.
