Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients meet the diagnostic criteria of Gastroesophageal Reflux DiseaseFunctional Gastrointestinal Disorders(Functional DyspepsiaIrritable bowel syndrome)or Inflammatory Bowel Disease(Ulcerative ColitisCrohn's Disease), and the diagnosis time was>=6 month; 2.Both outpatient and inpatient patients are eligible; 3.Age 18-65 years, gender unlimited; 4.No psychoactive drugs taken within one month; 5.Education level of elementary school or above, clear consciousness, able to understand and independently complete the questionnaire; 6.Participants who voluntarily consent to undergo scale assessment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with other organic diseases of the digestive system, cognitive impairment, and severe diseases of other systems; 2.Poor language expression ability, mental awareness or can not understand the content of the scale; 3.Comorbid patients meeting multiple diagnostic criteria for GERD, FGIDS (FD, IBS), and IBD (UC, CD); 4.Without informed consent and refuse to participate in the study.
