Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.High-risk pediatric acute B-cell lymphoblastic leukemia patients with MRD >= 1% after induction therapy or relapsed acute B-cell lymphoblastic leukemia patients. 2.Pediatric patients undergoing combination therapy with blinatumomab. 3.Written informed consent obtained from the parents or legal guardians of the pediatric patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Congenital and hereditary diseases accompanied by organ dysfunction. 2.Known potential congenital immunodeficiency or metabolic diseases. 3.Concurrent other malignant tumors.
