Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Children diagnosed with congenital heart disease hospitalized in Children's Hospital, Zhejiang University School of Medicine; 2.During normal clinical diagnosis and treatment, peripheral blood samples of children need to be collected.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Children with congenital heart disease who only draw blood from their fingertips; 2.Due to various reasons, peripheral blood samples cannot be frozen and preserved in time.
