Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Women who have not menstruated for more than 1 year and are aged 45-80 years old; 2 Meet the diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes, and refer to the diagnostic criteria for the Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes of the Chinese Diabetes Society in 2020; 3 Bone mineral density measured by dual-energy X-ray absorption method meets T-value <= -2.5; 4 Patients who voluntarily participate in this study and sign ethical informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients with acute or chronic complications of severe diabetes mellitus, as well as serious primary diseases of the heart, brain, lung, liver, kidney, and hematopoietic system; 2 Secondary osteoporosis such as thyroid dysfunction, hyperparathyroidism, osteomalacia, rheumatoid arthritis, multiple myeloma, etc. 3 Use of drugs that affect bone metabolism in the past 1 year, such as glucocorticoids, immunosuppressants, vitamin D supplements and other anti-osteoporosis drugs; 4 unnatural menopause;
