Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with type 2 diabetes, diagnosed with peripheral neuropathy; 2. History of pain in the distribution of the posterior tibia (medial and lateral plantar of the foot), common and superficial fiboneal (lateral calf and dorsum of the foot) or deep peroneal nerve (dorsum of the foot, first mesh space); 3. Positive Tinel's sign at known nerve entrapment sites, including the fibular canal on the lateral aspect of the knee, the common peroneal nerve, the tarsal canal of the ankle joint, and the junction of the first and second metatarsal bones and the cuneiform bone of the deep peroneal nerve; 4. Reduced two-point discrimination: The two-point discrimination of the big toe medulla >=9 mm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are clear risk factors, such as alcohol, nutrition, uremia and peripheral vascular disease, which is manifested by the loss of pulse; 2. Previous history of cervical spondylosis and lumbar spondylosis; 3. Radiculopathy; 4. Foot edema.
