Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The American Society of Anesthesiologists score (ASA score) was I-II for elective twins who underwent cesarean section, aged from 18 to 45 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1, twin pregnant women with vaginal trial delivery; 2, pregnant women with cardiopulmonary, hepatorenal dysfunction; 3, pregnant women with severe infection, dehydration, electrolyte disturbance and shock; 4, skin infection and ulcers under xiphoid process and left fingers; 5, history of hypersensitivity to ultrasound coupling agent; 6, severe preeclampsia, pregnancy complicated with diabetes, peripheral nerve disorder; 7, severe brain injury, vague consciousness and respiratory inhibition. 8. Parturients with absolute contraindications of intraspinal anesthesia; 9. Parturients who have participated in other clinical trials and are participating in other clinical trials within 3 months before joining the group; 10. According to the judgment of the doctor in charge of the trial, the implementation of the trial may increase the risk of the subjects, or may not be able to obtain sufficient trial data.
