Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.septic shock patients; 2.Age > 18 years old; 3.norepinephrine is used for the treatment of septic shock.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.The diagnosis of septic shock has been made for >12 hours; 2.patients with concurrent acute myocardial infarction, pulmonary embolism, or a history of dilated cardiomyopathy; 3.patients receiving intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP) or ECMO treatment.
